Please follow these simple steps before mailing your items:

1. Clean & Dry

Wash all parts thoroughly with warm, soapy water and allow them to dry completely before packaging.

2. Keep Small Parts Contained

Place blue discs, valves, or other small components in a sealed plastic bag. This keeps them sanitary and prevents pieces from getting lost during shipping.

3. Choose the Right Mail Option

Blue discs are lightweight and durable, so they do not require heavy protective packaging.

• Small donations can be mailed in a standard envelope or padded mailer.

• If the envelope becomes thick, rigid, or uneven, USPS requires it to be mailed as a parcel rather than a letter.

• Larger donations may be sent in a box or mailed as a parcel. There is no need to limit shipment size - we gratefully accept donations of any quantity.

Be sure your package is securely sealed before mailing.

4. Label Your Package

Please address your package to “Blue Disc Project.” Including your name is optional but always appreciated.
